  • Click on a blank tab or the plus sign (+) (depending on your browser), to open a new page.
  • Notice the page names are on the tabs. Click on the name to view the page.
  • Click on the "x" to close a tab.

Linking Text or Image to a Web Site
  • Go to the web site you want to link to first and copy the web address (URL). To do this, highlight the address at the top (the "http://websitename.org"), then rt-click, and copy.
  • Edit your Wiki page and select the text or image.
  • Click on the link icon (looks like a chain link).
  • Click on the External Link tab, place your cursor in the address box, rt-click, and select paste.

Images on your Wiki
  • Save images by using the rt-click and selecting save as... (Different browsers and versions may have slightly different wording, such as "save image as" or "save target as.") If you are using the image in your Wiki, you need the "source" or actual image file unlike when you want to copy an image from the web into Word. Remember what you called the image and where you saved the it!
  • Edit your Wiki page and click on the icon that look like a picture (to the right of the broken link).
  • Click on the Upload Files tab, click Upload, browse for your file and select it.
  • Once uploaded, you can double click on the file's image and it will insert the image where your cursor is. You can move it later.
  • You can also upload several files, then click on Insert File, and double click on the files you want to insert.
  • You can move them once they are on the page.
